WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order will be packaged carefully and delivered to the address used when placing your order. Keep in mind that almost all items are made custom, piece by piece, and take 2-3 days in production, then shipping after that. Delivery takes between 3-5 business days once shipped. All on hand orders such as VINTAGE VAULT and GAMECLOPS shop items are sent out within 1-2 days then standard delivery after that. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.
CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
Orders can be returned within 7 days of receiving the package UNLESS they are CUSTOM or PERSONALIZED requests, as we cannot resell an item with custom names or information added to the product. We DO NOT except returns from our VINTAGE VAULT or GAMECLOPS sections of our store for any reason unless damaged per our guidelines.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
We work hard to deliver your items without damage, but mishandling of packages by the carriers, unfortunately, can occur once in a great while.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
