Shipping policy

 

Processing Times:                                                                                                            We take about 1-2 business days for ON-HAND Vintage Vault and GAME CLOPS store items. ALL OTHER ORDERS can take 2–4 business days to prepare your standard orders, (clothing, mugs, totes, posters, tapestries, candles, etc) as they are made 1/1, piece by piece -- especially with PERSONALIZED requests. Quality takes time — and yes, every item created meets the highest standard of quality, and shipped with care.

 

Shipping Times:                                                                                                              We ship exclusively to U.S. addresses. U.S. orders usually land in 3–7 business days after processing. International? (We don't ship international...yet. But we might consider in the future, given we receive enough requests)

 

Tracking:
You’ll get tracking info the moment your order ships. If the post office drops the ball, let us know — but we can’t control delays once it leaves our hands.

 

Customs & Duties:
(If the time would come - refer to shipping times info) International buyers would be responsible for any customs or import fees.

 

Lost or Stolen Orders:
We ship to the exact address you provide. If a package is marked “delivered” but didn’t make it into your hands, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. We’ll always try to help, but we can’t refund or replace items marked as delivered.
