By shopping with us, browsing our site, or interacting with our content, you're agreeing to these terms. We keep it clear, we keep it real.

1. On-Hand vs. One-By-One

We sell a number of on-hand in stock vintage and game items, as well as products produced exclusively by order. That means every piece you get from us is part of a limited amount of items and everything else is made from a hand-crafted batch. No mass production. No restocks. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Make sure you want it before you check out.

2. All Sales Final

As stated in our Refund Policy, we don’t do refunds for “oops” or “I changed my mind.” We’re not Amazon. We’re just a sole entity motivated by a love of art, creativity and obsessive imagination. Only damaged or defective items get replaced — and you’ve got 7 days to reach out with proof. After that, we close the case.

3. Use With Respect

Don’t copy our work, logos, product shots, or brand identity. That’s our intellectual property. Respect our stuff. Steal our designs and we’ll come at you harder than copyright lawyers on espresso.

4. We Can Update Things

We may tweak these terms, drop new policies, or update product info at any time without warning. It’s your job to stay in the loop — we suggest checking back once in a while, we're always creating and dropping something new.

5. Keep It Lawful

No shady business. No bots, hacks, scraping, or illegal reselling. If you abuse the site or community, we reserve the right to block, ban, or blacklist you — permanently.

6. No Promises, Just Passion

We do our best to make sure everything runs smooth, but we can’t guarantee our site will always be bug-free, or that a one-of-a-kind item won’t sell out while you’re checking out.
